ALSO JOINING US
Coffee and sweet treats will once again be served by the beloved Pullabiili pastry truck from Patisserie Teemu Aura, and weather permitting, the Old Porvoo Ice Cream Factory bike will also make an appearance.

KNIT, LINGER & ENJOY A SLOW SUMMER DAY
There’s no need to rush at Garnfest Porvoo.
Sit down in the courtyard with your knitting, grab a coffee and pastry from Pullabiili, soak in the Knit in Public atmosphere, get inspired and discover beautiful yarn treasures along the way.
As always, the picnic lawn will have benches and tables for knitting and coffee breaks, but you’re also warmly welcome to bring your own picnic blanket.
This is exactly the kind of summer day meant for slowing down, knitting and simply enjoying the atmosphere.

ACCESSIBILITY & ARRIVAL
The event takes place in the historic Deaf School building, which unfortunately comes with certain accessibility limitations.
Most vendors are located in the first-floor gym hall, which is accessed by stairs. There is no elevator in the building.
However, step-free access is available to the Säie Wool studio and to some parts of the event area.
There is no accessible toilet on the main event premises, but an accessible restroom is available in the Säie Wool studio upon request from staff.

PARKING
There is no designated event parking, but plenty of street parking can be found nearby.
Parking enforcement in Porvoo is fairly strict, so please make sure to read parking signs carefully.
You can find more information in the City of Porvoo parking map.
